NORCAL MUD RUN (formerly Tough 'n Dirty) is a Proud supporter of Sacramento Children's Home and Helping Hands Produce.
NORCAL MUD RUN encourages participants to bring a grocery bag filled with
non-perishable food items. All food items will be distributed to Helping Hands Produce.

Course Length:
5k of mud and obstacles
Price: $60 Entry Fee
$10 dollar per person discount if you are part of a team of two or more.
KIDS RUN
Mud Run for children 5-11. Must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the course Price: $15 Entry Fee per child. (legal guardians are free if they run in the 5k event, cost will be $15 if you are not running in the 5k event)

Deadlines:
You must register by May 8th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Day of Event registration will be available for $60(cash only)
if there is availability. No exceptions.
Wave Times:
Saturday
Waves of up to 50 will start at 8am and go every 15 minutes.
Sunday
Waves of up to 50 will start at 9am and go every 15 minutes.
(limited to the first 1000 people each day)

Tough N’ Dirty will post the photos on Shuterfly.com Visit us on face book for the Photo’s link shortly after the event.

Age Requirements
Must be 12 or older to run in the 5K event. Valid photo ID must be presented at check in on race day. 12-17 year olds must have a legal guardian on the course with them at all times and the legal guardian must sign the wavier. 5-11 year olds may participate in the kids Mud Run.

Parking will be available for free on race day. Car-pooling is highly encouraged as space is limited.
